Project Overview

In 2013 we launched the new Gateway Autobody brand. The brand explores a fresh new look, combined with a confident voice steeped in years of tradition and family values. Meant to be friendly and approachable, but still stand out from the crowd.

The Client

Kelly and Theresa are great fun to work with – they are always willing to try experimental approaches, and daring creative. It is great to have clients that you can use as a sounding board to bounce ideas off of.

Gateway Autobody is a third-generation family-run business. It is the kind of establishment where you go in, and ask for the owner by name. Or the owner’s son, if the owner isn’t there.

With a long history of honesty and trust, we wanted to capture a wholesome aesthetic that would be reminiscent of old school mechanic shops, but still give a fresh approach that is required for new creative.

The Gateway Autobody core values are engrained in each generation – honesty, service distinction, value, betterment and innovation. These are the same values that I inject into the creative of the website.
